Abstract ARRAY OF AGE-TAILORED NUTRITIONAL FORMULAE WITH OPTIMUM MINERAL NUTRIENT CONTENT This invention relates to an age tailored nutrition system for infants. In particular, the invention relates to an array of infant formulae for providing an age-tailored nutrition system to an infant, comprising a first infant formula, a second infant formula and an optional third infant formula, wherein (a) said first infant formula being designed to meet the nutritional requirements of an infant from birth to two months, (b) said second infant formula being designed to meet the nutritional requirements of an infant from two months to six months, and (c) said optional third infant formula being designed to meet the nutritional requirements of an infant from six months to twelve months; wherein each of said first, second and third infant formulae comprises suitable amounts of mineral nutrients selected from the group consisting of calcium, iodine, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, copper and zinc, wherein the content of at least one of said mineral nutrients in the second infant formula is lower than in the first infant formula, and the content of said at least one mineral nutrient in the optional third infant formula is lower than in the second infant formula.

A method of performing a fueling transaction via an application installed on a mobile device, such as a smart phone. One step of the method involves receiving at the mobile device a short range wireless initiation signal directly from a fuel dispenser. The wireless initiation signal contains information indentifying the fuel dispenser. In response to the wireless initiation signal, an application is automatically launched on the mobile device. Input is received into the mobile device from a customer, which is interpreted by the application to correspond to at least one selection made by the customer. Payment information of the customer is transmitted from the mobile device to a remote cloud server so that the transaction can be authorized. As fuel is dispensed from the fuel dispenser, at least one of fueling information and promotional information is received at the mobile device. Figure 1.

Techniques are disclosed for improving gate control over the channel of a transistor, by increasing the effective electrical gate length (Leff) through deposition of a gate control layer (GCL) at the interfaces of the channel with the source and drain regions. The GCL is a nominally undoped layer (or substantially lower doped layer, relative to the heavily doped S/D fill material) that can be deposited when forming a transistor using replacement S/D deposition. The GCL can be selectively deposited in the S/D cavities after such cavities have been formed and before the heavily doped S/D fill material is deposited. In this manner, the GCL decreases the source and drain underlap (Xud) with the gate stack and further separates the heavily doped source and drain regions. This, in turn, increases the effective electrical gate length (Leff) and improves the control that the gate has over the channel. Figure 3A
