A lithium secondary cell which comprises a positive electrode and a negative electrode which have a specific composition and specific properties and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing a cyclic siloxane compound represented by the formula (1), a fluorosilane compound represented by the formula (2), a compound represented by the formula (3), a compound having an S-F bond, a nitric acid salt, a nitrous acid salt, a monofluorophosphoric acid salt, a difluorophosphoric acid salt, an acetic acid salt, or a propionic acid salt in an amount of at least 10 ppm of the whole nonaqueous electrolytic solution.
