The invention relates to the technical field of display and discloses an organic light-emitting component and an organic light-emitting device. The component comprises a substrate, organic light-emitting diodes arranged on the substrate and a light absorption layer, wherein openings from which light-exiting surfaces of the organic light-emitting diodes are exposed are formed in the light absorption layer; a scattering layer is also arranged on the light-exiting surface of each organic light-emitting diode; each organic light-emitting diode has a microcavity structure; the relationship betweenthe microcavity optical path L of each organic light-emitting diode and the light-emitting wavelength lambda meets the following relational expression: L=nlambda, wherein n is greater than or equal to2 and n is a positive integer. The light absorption layer can filter out large-angle light from emergent light of the organic light-emitting diodes, thereby effectively reducing chroma offsets of thelight-emitting component on different perspectives caused by chroma deviation of the large-angle light. Furthermore, the scattering layers are arranged on the light-exiting surfaces of the organic light-emitting diodes, and the filtered forward or small-angle emergent light is scattered out through the arrangement of the scattering layers, so that the perspectives are also improved while the chroma offsets are reduced.
