(EN) The present invention relates to the technical field of display, and provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The array substrate comprises a substrate, and a plurality of subpixels arranged on the substrate in an array mode and a thin film transistor driving each subpixel; the array substrate comprises a pixel electrode; and a channel region of the thin film transistor comprises a metal oxide semiconductor layer, the pixel electrode is a metal oxide conductive layer formed by conductorizing a metal oxide semiconductor, and the channel region of the thin film transistor is formed after being patterned using the same metal oxide semiconductor layer as the pixel electrode. In the embodiments of the present invention, on the basis of a same metal oxide semiconductor layer, a channel region of a semiconductor and a conductive pixel electrode can be formed by only one patterning, thereby reducing the patterning process of a mask, simplifying process steps, and reducing process complexity.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de l'affichage et porte sur un substrat matriciel et son procédé de fabrication, et sur un dispositif d'affichage. Le substrat matriciel comprend un substrat, et une pluralité de sous-pixels agencés sur le substrat dans un mode de réseau et un transistor à couches minces entraînant chaque sous-pixel ; le substrat matriciel comprend une électrode de pixel ; et une région de canal du transistor à couches minces comprend une couche semi-conductrice à oxyde métallique, l'électrode de pixel est une couche conductrice à oxyde métallique formée par conduction d'un semi-conducteur à oxyde métallique, et la région de canal du transistor à couches minces est formée après avoir été formée à l'aide de la même couche semi-conductrice à oxyde métallique que l'électrode de pixel.
