Disclosed are a light conversion device and a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus having the light conversion device. The preparation method comprises the step of sequentially performing n instances of photoetching processing on a base material layer (10), wherein a patterned quantum dot structure (30) and a photoresist cured layer (40) are obtained by means of this step. The formed photoresist cured layer (40) can serve the function of protecting the patterned quantum dot structure (30), and the light conversion efficiency of the light conversion device is improved.

Sont divulgués un dispositif de conversion de lumière et son procédé de préparation, et un appareil d'affichage comprenant le dispositif de conversion de lumière. Le procédé de préparation comprend l'étape consistant à effectuer séquentiellement n instances de traitement de photogravure sur une couche de matériau de base (10), une structure de points quantiques à motifs (30) et une couche durcie de résine photosensible (40) étant obtenues au moyen de cette étape. La couche durcie de résine photosensible formée (40) peut servir à protéger la structure de points quantiques à motifs (30), et l'efficacité de conversion de lumière du dispositif de conversion de lumière est améliorée.
