Disclosed are a large-scale interruptible-load emergency precision control method and a system. The method comprises: a regional control station acquiring a sequence listing of sheddable loads; the regional control station acquiring a first load which must be shed; the regional control station performing minimum cut matching by level according to the first load which must be shed, cutting out a sheddable load corresponding to a control substation having a successful cut match; if there is a second load which must be shed, the regional control station sending the second load which must be shed to the corresponding control substation to perform load cutting processing.

Procédé et système de commande de précision d'urgence de charge interruptible à grande échelle. Le procédé comprend : une station de commande régionale acquérant une liste de séquences de charges délestables ; la station de commande régionale acquérant une première charge qui doit être délestée ; la station de commande régionale effectuant une correspondance de coupure minimale par niveau selon la première charge qui doit être délestée, coupant une charge délestable correspondant à une sous-station de commande ayant une correspondance de coupure réussie ; s'il y a une seconde charge qui doit être délestée, la station de commande régionale envoyant la seconde charge qui doit être délestée à la sous-station de commande correspondante pour effectuer un traitement de coupure de charge.
