A FUMIGATOR AND BAGGAGE CONTROL DEVICE

The invention is about a new control and disinfecting device that performs safety scans of passenger baggage loaded and unloaded in airplanes and which removes baggage from bacteria, viruses and harmful organisms.

Actual state of the technique:

In our days, the use of aircraft in passenger transport is very efficient and it is possible to travel by plane almost to all countries. The number of the persons traveling by plane is continuously augmenting as the airplanes transmit people in a short time from an area to another place. In this case, transport of bacteria and organisms between countries is a big problem. A virus, bacteria or organism causing an illness in a country could not be harmful for the local people of the subject country as they acquired immunity to this virus. But the effects of microorganisms in different countries could be different. That’s why, airplanes needs to be cleaned properly and effectively. Simple cleaning of the airplanes is not enough for an effective cleaning. In the countries where the passengers travel, the suitcases with the clothes they carry with them should be cleaned from the microorganisms. Besides, baggages are checked in X ray devices before accepted to aircrafts.

In the present technique, X-ray devices and fumigators are in different platforms and the application is made separately. Baggages pass through X-ray devices first and after by fumigators and later they are accepted to the airplanes. This operation is not realized in a simple line and this causes to time loses and additional work force.

In the present technique, the baggages passing through the X-ray devices receive a high rate of radiation. Radiation has many bad effects on human and we do not know many of them at present. Especially, this case is a significant disadvantage for people traveling frequently.

According to a literature research, it is meet to USA patent document numbered US8907304 (B2) In subject document, a mobile body is localized on a surface by a moving form in an airplane. An UV radiation source is installed to the mobile body and UV radiation at a previously decided dosage is configured to be oriented to the surface. Two jointed handle are installed to the body and UV lamps are installed to the handles respectively. It was said that mobile body is a car or a car to discuss an airplane aisle.

In subject USA patent document numbered US8907304 (B2) it is a matter of disinfecting interior and plane seats. There is no application towards to baggages.

Finally, we need a fumigator and baggage control device to remove disadvantages of the technique by going ahead.

Brief description of the invention:

In the invention, we overpass actual state of the technique and remove its disadvantages, we have a fumigator with special features of baggage control.

The aim of the invention is to reveal a new fumigator and baggage control device in airports purifying microorganisms in disinfection cabin and providing security control by passing from X-ray cabin and transporting baggages that are charged or discharged from airplanes.

Another purpose of the invention is to reveal a new fumigator and baggage control device precluding radiation scattering to passengers baggages and decreasing radiation scattering caused by X-ray devices.

The above mentioned invention is a new fumigator and control device providing to purify baggages from harmful microorganism, viruses and bacteria by realizing also their security checking in airports, Its features are as follows; One or all of the chassis and X-ray cabin located on it, disinfection cabin and exit cabin are produced from boron lead composite containing hemp fibers, to decrease radiation scattering. It contains an X-ray cabin having detectors to check the interior of the baggages which are coming from a moving conveyor belt on chassis. Near the X-ray cabin, on chassis, there is a disinfection cabin having nozzles spraying disinfection liquid directed to purify baggages coming of X-ray cabin from microorganisms and to be disinfected.

Another feature of the invention; It is produced by a composite material containing hemp fibers.

Another feature of the invention; there are detectors scanning the interior of the baggages in X-ray cabin.

Another feature of the invention; It has many nozzles spraying disinfection liquid to purify the exterior surface of the baggage in disinfection cabin from microorganisms.

Another feature of the invention; Disinfection liquid sprayed by nozzles had silver ions.

Description of the Invention:

In this detailed description, the invention which is a disinfection and control device (1 ) is described by the examples forming any limiting effects to better understand the subject. In the instruction book, it is expressed a new control and disinfection device (1 ) in airports purifying harmful microorganisms, bacteria and viruses by checking also the security of the baggages charged and discharged in airports.

In the figure 1 , It is given perspective view of the fumigator and control device (1 ) belonging to the invention. According to perspective view, cleaning and control device (1 ) is composed by a chassis (10), a conveyor belt located on it (1 1 ), an X-ray cabin (20), a disinfection cabin (30) and an exit cabin (40). Moving conveyor belt (11 ) and baggages on it (B) are checked first by passing from X-ray cabin (20) Detectors (22) in X-ray cabin (20) ensures the responsible to see interior view of the baggage (B) by transferring it to the control computer (21 ). Afterwards the baggage (B) is purified from bacteria, viruses and microorganism by entering in disinfection cabin (30). Baggage (B) is continuing to advance on belt (1 1 ) and stems from the exit cabin (40).

In figure 2, this is the front view of the the fumigator (1 ) and control device belonging to the invention. From the front view, A-A and C-C sections are took and detailed views are examined. In the A-A section at the figure 3, you see that the baggage (B) is passing from the X-ray cabin (20) According to this, X-ray cabin (20) detectors (22) are scanning the baggages and ensuring the security control.

In figure 4, there is the sectional view of C-C. In sectional view, you see that the baggage (B) is purified from the harmful organisms in disinfection cabin (30). According to the figure, there are many nozzles (31 ) spraying disinfection liquid to the baggage (B) in disinfection cabin (30). These nozzles (31 ) are installed in the cabin homogeneously and baggages (B) are cleaned by a 360 degree’s angle.

Disinfection and baggage control device (1 ), chassis (10) and cabins (20, 30, 40) are produced from boron lead composite containing hemp fibers. It is well known that cannabis prevent radiation scattering by decreasing radiation effects. It is also a filling material that increases the strength. It is also used sometimes in textile products. Hemp fiber obtained from cannabis can be used in whole invention especially in X-ray cabin (20). Hemp fibers absorb radiation and assures to baggages (B) to exit cabin (40) without radiation.
