Abrégé
(EN)
The present invention relates to a probe for a nondestructive inspection apparatus using intersecting gradient-type induced currents, and a method for manufacturing an induction coil for a nondestructive inspection apparatus. The probe for a nondestructive inspection apparatus using intersecting gradient-type induced currents is provided with: an induction coil formed so as to have a predetermined width and to generate first and second induced currents in directions intersecting each other when a current is applied thereto from a power supply unit; and a magnetic sensor unit installed adjacent to the induction coil so as to be able to measure the first and second induced currents induced in the induction coil. When an inspection is performed using a nondestructive inspection apparatus having, applied thereto, the probe using intersecting gradient-type induced currents according to the present invention, the inspection is performed by inducing intersecting gradient-type induced currents, in contrast to conventional eddy current inspection methods. Thus, there is an advantage that the distribution of distortions in an electromanetic field due to the presence of defects can be quantitatively measured to determine corrosion, wear, and cracking and quantitatively evaluate same.
