The present invention relates to a gas barrier film and a manufacturing method therefor, the gas barrier film comprising: a base; and a barrier layer formed on one surface of the base, wherein the barrier layer has a nitrogen (N) atomic percent of approximately 1% to approximately 6%. The gas barrier film, according to the present invention, has an excellent gas barrier property, scratch resistant property, flexibility, transparency and crack prevention effect, and the method for manufacturing the same can be performed by non-vacuum wet coating, and thus a manufacturing time is short, and process performance is excellent.

L'invention concerne un film barrière aux gaz et son procédé de fabrication, le film barrière aux gaz comprenant : une base et un couche barrière formée sur une surface de la base, la couche barrière ayant un pourcentage atomique d'azote (N) d'approximativement 1 % à approximativement 6 %. Le film barrière aux gaz selon l'invention est excellent en matière de barrière aux gaz, de résistance aux rayures, de flexibilité et de transparence et il assure un excellent effet de prévention des fissures. Son procédé de fabrication peut être réalisé par dépôt humide sans vide ; ainsi, la durée de fabrication est courte et les performances de processus sont excellentes.

본 발명은 기재; 및 상기 기재의 일면에 형성된 배리어층을 포함하고, 상기 배리어층은 질소(N) 원자 농도(atomic percent)가 약 1 내지 6%인 가스 배리어 필름 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 가스 배리어 필름은 가스 배리어성, 내스크래치성, 유연성, 투명성 및 크랙방지 효과가 우수하고, 그 제조방법은 비진공 wet coating이 가능하여 제조시간이 짧고 공정성이 우수하다.
