(EN) The present invention relates to a new method of a touch detection means, a detection method, and a touch screen panel, and a display device having the touch screen panel embedded therein, wherein a touch signal is detected by detecting a driving back phenomenon on a touch pad by a driving voltage applied through a driving capacitor. The touch detection means of the present invention is added to an upper side of a display device and senses the generation of touch capacitance (Ct) by the touch of a finger (25) of a human body or a touch input means, such as a conductor which is similar to the finger, wherein the touch detection means comprises: a touch pad (10) which forms the touch capacitance (Ct) between the touch pad and the touch input means; a driving capacitor (Cdrv) having one side that is connected to the touch pad (10), and the other side to which a driving voltage for detecting a touch is applied; a detection unit which detects a common voltage generated from said display device; a driving voltage generation unit which generates the driving voltage in synchronization with the common voltage; and a touch detection unit (14) which is connected to the touch pad (10), and detects a touch signal by using a driving back phenomenon when the touch capacitance (Ct) is added to said driving capacitor (Cdrv) according to the touch of the touch input means.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé d'un moyen de détection tactile, un procédé de détection et un écran tactile, et un dispositif d'affichage dans lequel l'écran tactile est intégré. Un signal tactile est détecté par la détection d'un phénomène de retour de commande sur un clavier tactile par une tension de commande appliquée au moyen d'un condensateur de commande. Le moyen de détection de la présente invention est ajouté à un côté supérieur d'un dispositif d'affichage et détecte la génération d'une capacité tactile (Ct) par l'effleurement d'un doigt (25) humain ou un moyen d'entrée tactile, tel qu'un conducteur qui est semblable au doigt. Le moyen de détection tactile comprend : un clavier tactile (10) qui forme la capacité tactile (Ct) entre le clavier tactile et le moyen d'entrée tactile; un condensateur de commande (Cdrv) comportant un côté connecté au clavier tactile (10) et l'autre côté auquel une tension de commande permettant de détecter un effleurement est appliquée; une unité de détection qui détecte une tension commune générée par ledit dispositif d'affichage; une unité de génération de tension de commande qui génère la tension de commande en synchronisation avec la tension commune; et une unité de détection tactile (14) qui est connectée au clavier tactile (10) et détecte un signal tactile par l'utilisation d'un phénomène de retour de commande lorsque la capacité tactile (Ct) est ajoutée audit condensateur de commande (Cdrv) en fonction de l'effleurement du moyen d'entrée tactile.
(KO) 본 발명은 드라이빙 커패시터를 통해 인가되는 드라이빙전압에 의해 터치패드에서의 드라이빙 백(Driving Back) 현상을 검출하여 터치신호를 검출하는 새로운 방식의 터치 검출수단, 검출방법 및 터치스크린패널과, 그러한 터치스크린패널을 내장한 표시장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 터치 검출수단은, 표시장치의 상면에 부가되며 신체의 손가락(25) 또는 이와 유사한 도전체와 같은 터치입력수단의 접근에 의해 터치커패시턴스(Ct)가 발생하는 것을 감지하는 터치 검출수단에 있어서, 상기 터치입력수단과의 사이에서 터치커패시턴스(Ct)를 형성하는 터치패드(10); 상기 터치패드(10)에 일측이 연결되고 타측으로는 터치 검출을 위한 드라이빙(Driving) 전압이 인가되는 드라이빙 커패시터(Cdrv); 상기 표시장치에서 발생하는 공통전압을 검출하는 검출부; 상기 공통전압에 동기하여 드라이빙 전압을 생성하는 드라이빙전압 생성부; 및 상기 터치패드(10)에 연결되며, 상기 터치입력수단의 터치 유무에 따라 상기 드라이빙 커패시터(Cdrv)에 상기 터치커패시턴스(Ct)가 부가될 때 드라이빙 백(Driving Back) 현상을 이용하여 터치신호를 검출하는 터치검출부(14);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
