Disclosed are a method and device for the transformation and a method and device for the reverse transformation of images. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for the transformation of images involves acquiring a reduced transformation matrix by selecting a predetermined frequency domain for the frequency transformation of an MxN input block and by then selecting elements for generating a transformation coefficient corresponding to the frequency domain which was selected from among the elements of the MxN transformation matrix used in the frequency transformation of the MxN input block, and involves generating a transformation coefficient corresponding to the selected frequency domain by carrying out frequency transformation in which the reduced transformation matrix is applied to the MxN input block.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de transformation, et un procédé et un dispositif de transformation inverse d'images. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, le procédé de transformation d'images consiste à acquérir une matrice de transformation réduite par sélection d'un domaine de fréquence prédéterminé pour la transformation de fréquence d'un bloc d'entrée MxN, puis par sélection des éléments de génération d'un coefficient de transformation correspondant au domaine de fréquence sélectionné antérieurement parmi les éléments de la matrice de transformation MxN utilisés dans la fréquence de transformation du bloc d'entrée MxN. Le procédé consiste ensuite à générer un coefficient de transformation correspondant au domaine de fréquence sélectionné par la mise en oeuvre d'une transformation de fréquence dans laquelle la matrice de transformation réduite est appliquée au bloc d'entrée MxN.

영상의 변환 방법 및 장치, 역변환 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 영상의 변환 방법은 MxN 입력 블록의 주파수 변환을 위한 소정 주파수 영역을 선택하고, MxN 입력 블록의 주파수 변환에 이용되는 MxN 변환 행렬의 원소들 중 선택된 주파수 영역에 대응하는 변환 계수의 생성을 위한 원소들을 선택하여 축소된 변환 행렬을 획득하며, 축소된 변환 행렬을 MxN 입력 블록에 적용하여 주파수 변환을 수행함으로써 선택된 주파수 영역에 대응되는 변환 계수를 생성한다.
