Disclosed is a data distribution system that distributes contents data by HTTP in MIME multi-part format wherein a server-side proxy distributes said data in appropriate fragments according to the frequency of generation of the same request, etc., using broadcasting paths and communications paths. After a response message via the communications path, a client-side proxy merges information (path identification, synchronization information) for the data adaptively distributed by the communications path and the broadcasting path.

L'invention concerne un système de distribution de données qui distribue des données de contenus par HTTP en format MIME fractionné, comprenant un proxy côté serveur qui distribue lesdites données par fragments appropriés en fonction de la fréquence de génération de la demande correspondante, etc., par l'intermédiaire de voies de radiodiffusion et de voies de télécommunication. À la suite d'un message de réponse transmis par la voie de télécommunications, un proxy côté client fusionne les informations (identification de voies, information de synchronisation) correspondant aux données distribuées de manière adaptative par la voie de télécommunications et la voie de radiodiffusion.

 MIMEマルチパート形式によるHTTPでコンテンツデータを配信するデータ配信システムにおいて、サーバ側プロキシは、同一リクエストの発生頻度等に応じて、放送経路と通信経路を用いて適応的なフラグメント分割配信を行う。クライアント側プロキシでは、通信経路のレスポンスメッセージに続き、適応的に配信される通信経路からのデータと放送経路からのデータの情報(経路識別、同期情報)のマージ処理を行う。
