Provided are a label and a method of manufacturing the same, the label comprising: a first base film; a first ink layer formed on the exterior top part of the said first base film, and including a metal or metal oxide that changes from its original colour to another colour by being oxidised by a laser; a resin coating layer coated onto the top part of the said first ink layer to protect the said first ink layer, wherein the laser passing through a part or the whole of the resin coating layer is transmitted to the said first ink layer. According to the present invention, there is no oxidation residue; thus, the efficiency of marking is excellent and any possibility of change in quality due to aging can be eliminated. In addition, the colour rendering is excellent, and the scratch resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance are superior.

L'invention porte sur une étiquette et sur un procédé de fabrication de cette dernière, laquelle étiquette comprend: un premier film de base; une première couche d'encre formée sur la partie supérieure extérieure dudit premier film de base et comprenant un métal ou un oxyde métallique qui change de couleur lorsqu'il est oxydé par laser; une couche de revêtement en résine déposée sur la partie supérieure de ladite première couche d'encre afin de la protéger, le laser qui traverse une partie ou la totalité de la couche de revêtement en résine étant transmis à ladite première couche d'encre. L'invention permet d'éliminer tout résidu d'oxydation et d'obtenir par conséquent une excellente efficacité de marquage tout en évitant une détérioration qualitative due au vieillissement. L'invention offre en outre un excellent rendu des couleurs et une résistance aux égratignures, une résistance chimique et une résistance thermiques supérieures.

본 발명에서는 제 1 기재필름; 상기 제 1 기재필름의 외측 상부에 형성되고, 레이저에 의하여 산화 반응을 함으로써 원래의 색상과 다른 색상으로 변색되는 금속 또는 금속산화물을 포함하는 제 1 잉크층; 및 상기 제 1 잉크층의 상부에 코팅되어 상기 제 1 잉크층을 보호하고 레이저를 일부 또는 전부 투과하여 상기 제 1 잉크층으로 전달하는 수지 코팅층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라벨 및 그 제조 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 의하면 산화 반응 잔류물이 없고 이에 따라 마킹 효율이 뛰어나며 품질의 경시 변화 가능성을 제거할 수 있다. 또한, 색상 구현력이 뛰어나고, 내스크래치성, 내화학성 및 내열성이 우수하다.
