The present invention relates to an inorganic ion conductive membrane, a fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof for manufacturing an inorganic ion conductive membrane as an inorganic coating containing a plurality of air holes through an anodic oxidation reaction and applying the conductive membrane to a fuel cell such that the fuel cell operates stably at all temperatures, exhibits high performance and prevents fuel leakage. According to the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing an inorganic ion conductive membrane, including (a) a step of arranging a metal and a conductive wire made of materials same as the metal, and applying an anode current to the metal and a cathode current to the conductive wire, and (b) a step of applying an electrolyte to the metal and the conductive wire to form an inorganic coating containing a plurality of air holes on at least a part of both sides of the metal where the anode current is applied, and there is provided a method for manufacturing a fuel cell using the inorganic ion conductive membrane.

L'invention concerne une membrane conductrice d'ion inorganique, une pile à combustible et un procédé de fabrication associé permettant de fabriquer une membrane conductrice d'ion inorganique comme revêtement inorganique contenant plusieurs trous d'air par le biais d'une réaction d'oxydation anodique et appliquer la membrane conductrice à une pile à combustible pour obtenir la pile à combustible qui fonctionne de manière stable à toutes les températures, présente une performance élevée et empêche une fuite de combustible. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'une membrane conductrice d'ion inorganique, qui consiste: (a) à disposer un métal et un câble conducteur à base de matériaux similaires au métal, et à appliquer un courant d'anode au métal et au câble conducteur pour former un revêtement inorganique contenant plusieurs trous d'air sur au moins une partie des deux côtés du métal où le courant d'anode est appliqué, l'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'une pile à combustible à l'aide de la membrane conductrice d'ion inorganique.

본 발명은, 양극 산화 반응을 이용하여 무기 피막으로서, 다수의 기공을 포함하는 무기 이온 전도막을 제조하고, 이를 연료 전지에 적용함으로써, 모든 온도에서 안정적으로 동작하고, 높은 성능을 보이며, 연료의 누출 등이 없는 연료 전지를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 무기 이온 전도막, 연료 전지, 및 이들의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, (a) 금속 및 상기 금속과 동일한 재질의 도선을 배치하고, 상기 금속에는 양극 전류, 상기 도선에는 음극 전류를 인가하는 단계, 및 (b) 상기 금속과 상기 도선에 전해액을 가하여, 상기 양극 전류가 인가된 상기 금속의 양면 중 적어도 일부에 다수의 기공을 포함하는 무기 피막을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 무기 이온 전도막의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 연료 전지의 제조 방법이 제공된다.
