The present invention is a fuser member that includes a core member (113) having a rigid outer surface. A resilient layer (116) made of an elastomer is disposed. A primer layer (111) of perfluoroalkoxy resin and trifluoroethylene-perfluoroethylvinyl ether-perfluoroethylene vinyl phosphate or a mixture of perfluoroalkoxy resin and trifluoroethylene-perfluoroethylvinyl bonds the resilient layer and an outer layer (112). The outer layer comprises fluoropolymer resin selected from the group consisting of polytetrafluoroethylene, polyperfluoroalkoxy-tetrafluoroethylene, polyfluorinated ethylene-propylene, and blends thereof.

La présente invention concerne un élément d'unité de fusion qui comprend un élément de cœur ayant une surface externe rigide. Une couche élastique constituée d'un élastomère est disposée sur la surface externe. Une couche de fond de résine perfluoroalcoxy et de trifluoroéthylène-éther de perfluoroéthyle et de vinyle-perfluoroéthylène-phosphate de vinyle ou d'un mélange de résine perfluoroalcoxy et de trifluoroéthylène-éther de perfluoroéthyle et de vinyle colle la couche élastique et une couche externe. La couche externe comprend une résine de polymère fluoré sélectionnée dans le groupe constitué du polytétrafluoroéthylène, du polyperfluoroalcoxy-tétrafluoroéthylène, du poly(propylène-éthylène fluoré) et de mélanges de ceux-ci.
