Antireflective films are described having a surface layer (20) comprising the reaction product of a polymerizable low refractive index composition comprising at least one fluorinated free -radically polymerizable material and surface modified inorganic nanoparticles. A high refractive index layer (22) is coupled to the low refractive index layer. The high refractive index (22) layer comprises surface modified inorganic nanoparticles dispersed in a crosslinked organic material. The antireflective film is preferably durable, exhibiting a haze of less than 1.0% after 25 wipes with steel wool using a 3.2 cm mandrel and a mass of 1000 grams.

La présente invention concerne des pellicules antireflets comportant une couche de surface comprenant le produit de réaction d'une composition polymérisable à faible indice de réfraction comprenant au moins un matériau polymérisable à radicaux libres fluorés et des nanoparticules inorganiques modifiées en surface. Une couche à fort indice de réfraction est couplée à la couche à faible indice de réfraction. Dans un mode de réalisation, la couche à fort indice de réfraction comprend des nanoparticules inorganiques modifiées en surface dispersées dans un matériau organique réticulé. La pellicule antireflet est de préférence durable, présentant un voilage inférieur à 1,0% après avoir été frottée 25 fois avec une laine de fer au moyen d'un mandrin de 3,2 cm et d'une masse de 1000 grammes.
