An intraocular lens in which deterioration in contrast is suppressed even when the optical axis of the intraocular lens is shifted from the optical axis of the eyeball when the intraocular lens is inserted into the eye while the advantage of a conventional aberration reduction type intraocular lens that the image is seen clearly is sustained by employing such a power distribution as respectively having at least one positive power deviation region (E1) having a power larger than that represented by a reference power distribution and at least one negative power deviation region (E2) having a power smaller than that represented by the referencepower distribution in the central region of the intraocular lens assuming that a power distribution being set to offset the spherical aberration of cornea when the intraocular lens is inserted into the eye is the reference power distribution (M1).

La présente invention concerne une lentille intra-oculaire dans laquelle la détérioration de contraste est supprimée même lorsque l'axe optique de la lentille intra-oculaire est déplacé à partir de l'axe optique du globe oculaire lorsque la lentille intra-oculaire est insérée dans l'œil, tandis que l'avantage d'une lentille intra-oculaire de type à réduction d'aberration traditionnelle consistant en ce que l'image est vue clairement est maintenu en employant une telle distribution de puissance comme ayant respectivement au moins une région de déviation de puissance positive (E1) ayant une puissance supérieure à celle représentée par une distribution de puissance de référence et au moins une région de déviation de puissance négative (E2) ayant une puissance inférieure à celle représentée par la distribution de puissance de référence dans la région centrale de la lentille intra-oculaire, en supposant qu'une distribution de puissance établie pour compenser l'aberration sphérique de la cornée lorsque la lentille intra-oculaire est insérée dans l'œil est la distribution de puissance de référence (M1).

 眼内レンズを眼内に挿入したときに角膜の球面収差を打ち消すように設定される度数分布を基準度数分布M1としたときに、眼内レンズの中心領域中に、前記基準度数分布で表される度数よりも大きい度数を有する領域である正度数偏移領域E1と前記基準度数分布で表される度数よりも小さい度数を有する領域である負度数偏移領域E2とをそれぞれ少なくとも1つ備えた度数分布とすることにより、従来の収差低減型の眼内レンズの像が鮮明に見えるとの利点を維持しつつ、眼内挿入時に眼内レンズの光軸と眼球の光軸がずれた場合にもコントラストの低下が少ない眼内レンズを得る。
