This present invention refers to a combined terminal and casing for establishing electrical contact between a multi-wire cable and a magnetic wire that uses the insulation displacement connector (IDC) concept, wherein the terminal (11, 25) has holes (12, 26) and closed channels (13, 27) to receive the multi-wire cable (23, 36) and openings (14, 28) to receive the magnetic wire (24, 37) linked to narrow slots (15, 29). The casing (18, 31) has through- holes (20, 21, 32, 34) for inserting the multi-wire cable (23, 36) and the magnetic wire (24, 37), as well as an opening (19, 35) to receive the terminal. Inserting the terminal into the casing causes the pressure exerted on the multi-wire cable and the magnetic wire to force the entry thereof into the narrow channels, causing the isolation layer to be withdrawn, providing electrical contact between the multi-wire cable and the terminal, between the magnetic wire and the terminal and, consequently, between the multi- wire cable and the magnetic wire.

La présente invention concerne une cosse et un boîtier combinés permettant d'établir un contact électrique entre un câble multipolaire et un fil magnétique qui utilise le concept du connecteur dénudant (IDC), la cosse (11, 25) comprenant des trous (12, 26) et des canaux fermés (13, 27) pour recevoir le câble multipolaire (23, 36) et des ouvertures (14, 28) pour recevoir le fil magnétique (24, 37) liés à des encoches étroites (15, 29). Le boîtier (18, 31) comprend des trous passants (20, 21, 32, 34) pour insérer le câble multipolaire (23, 26) et le fil magnétique (24, 37), ainsi qu'une ouverture (19, 35) pour recevoir la cosse. L'insertion de la cosse dans le boîtier provoque l'entrée forcée du câble multipolaire et du fil magnétique dans les canaux étroits du fait de la pression exercée, provoquant le retrait de la couche isolante et permettant un contact électrique entre le câble multipolaire et la cosse, entre le fil magnétique et la cosse et, par conséquent, entre le câble multipolaire et le fil magnétique.
