Light emitting element (10) comprising a pair of mutually opposed electrodes (2,6) and, interposed therebetween, luminescent layer (4) containing semiconductive fluorescent microparticles (7) each having at least part of the surface thereof coated with conductive organic material (8). This conductive organic material is preferably attached by chemical adsorption onto the surface of the semiconductive fluorescent microparticles. Further, electron transport layers (3,5) are preferably interposed between the luminescent layer and at least one of the electrodes.

L'invention concerne un élément photoémissif (10) comprenant une paire d'électrodes opposées mutuellement (2, 6) entre lesquelles est interposée une couche luminescente (4) contenant des microparticules fluorescentes semi-conductrices (7) ayant chacune au moins une partie de leur surface revêtue d'une matière organique conductrice (8). Cette matière organique conductrice est de préférence fixée par adsorption chimique sur la surface des microparticules fluorescentes semi-conductrices. De plus, des couches de transport d'électrons (3, 5) sont de préférence interposées entre la couche luminescente et au moins une des électrodes.

本発明の発光素子(10)は、互いに対向する一対の電極(2、6)と、前記一対の電極の間に挟まれており、表面の少なくとも一部を導電性有機材料(8)で被覆されている半導電性蛍光体微粒子(7)を含む発光層(4)とを備える。前記導電性有機材料は、前記半導電性蛍光体微粒子の表面に化学吸着していることが好ましい。さらに、前記発光層と少なくとも一方の電極との間にさらに電子輸送層(3、5)を備えることが好ましい。
