(EN) The present invention relates to a method for increasing efficacy and/or possibility of therapeutic treatment of cancer, wherein any dys-regulatory mechanism, including inducing factor/s, of the production of immunoregulatory substances, including one or more cytokines, including IL-1&bgr;, IL-1Ra, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17, TNF-&agr;, and others, is therapeutically controlled to minimise pathological production of such immunoregulatory substances, to enhance the therapeutic control of a malignant tumour in a subject suffering from a cancer, a method for analysing dys-regulatory mechanism controlling substances, kit for such analysis, use of certain compounds for preparing pharmaceutical preparations, and pharmaceutical preparations.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé d'accroissement de l'efficacité et/ou de la possibilité de traitement thérapeutique du cancer. Selon ce procédé, tout mécanisme dys-régulateur, tel qu'un ou plusieurs facteurs d'induction de la production de substances immuno-régulatrices, telles qu'une ou plusieurs cytokines, telles que IL-1$g(b), IL-1Ra, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17, TNF-$g(a), et analogues, est régulé de manière thérapeutique afin de minimiser la production pathologique de telles substances immuno-régulatrices, dans le but d'accroître la régulation thérapeutique d'une tumeur maligne chez un sujet souffrant d'un cancer.
