Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundbauteiles aus einer Kunststoffstruktur (1, 25, 31, 37) und einem Metallkörper (4, 25, 35, 40) durch Zusammenfahren von Fügewerkzeugen (11, 13). Es erfolgt das Fügen von Kunststoffstruktur (1, 25, 31, 37) und Metallkörper (4, 24, 35, 40) durch beim Zusammenfahren von Auftreffflächen (12, 14) der Fügewerkzeuge (11, 13) erfolgendem Eindringen von Stanzrändern in die Kunststoffstruktur (1, 25, 31, 37) derart, dass eine dauerhafte, form- und kraftschlüssige Verbindung (34) entsteht. Die erhaltenen Verbundbauteile zeichnen sich durch hohe Steifigkeit und Festigkeit bei geringem Gewicht aus.

The invention relates to a method for producing a composite component from a plastic structure (1, 25, 31, 37) and a metallic body (4, 25, 35, 40), by compression between jointing tools (11, 13). The plastic structure (1, 25, 31, 37) and metallic body (4, 24, 35, 40) are joined by the penetration of punched edges into the plastic structure (1, 25, 31, 37), caused by the compression of impact surfaces (12, 14) of the jointing tools (11, 13), thus achieving a permanent positive and non-positive connection (34). The composite components thus obtained are characterised by a high degree of rigidity and stability, whilst remaining lightweight.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un produit composite à partir d'une structure en matière plastique (1, 25, 31, 37) et d'un corps métallique (4, 25, 35, 40) par compression entre deux outils d'assemblage (11, 13). La structure en matière plastique (1, 25, 31, 37) et le corps métallique (4, 24, 35, 40) sont assemblés par la pénétration des bords d'estampage dans la structure en matière plastique (1, 25, 31, 37) lors de la compression des surfaces d'impact (12, 14) des outils d'assemblage (11, 13), de telle façon que l'on obtienne une connexion par liaison de forme et de force (34) permanente. Les produits composites ainsi obtenus se distinguent par une grande rigidité et une grande résistance tout en demeurant légers.
