A method of manufacturing a waveguide, comprising the steps of forming through holes (25) in the flange parts (23) of a pair of waveguide units (20) and (21), connecting the pair of waveguide units (20) and (21) having the through holes (25) formed therein, and insert−forming the pair of connected waveguide units (20) and (21) with thermoplastic resin to form an external resin part (30) filled into the through holes (25) and covering the pair of waveguide units (20) and (21), whereby, since the pair of waveguide units are connected to each other by utilizing resin formation, a workability for assembly, a tightening force between the units, and the air−tightness of the waveguides can be increased.

Procédé de fabrication d'un guide d'ondes, qui consiste à former des trous traversants (25) dans les parties brides (23) de deux unités guides d'ondes (20 et 21), à connecter les deux unités guides d'ondes (20 et 21) dotées des trous traversants (25), et à enfermer les deux unités guides d'ondes (20, 21) connectées avec de la résine thermoplastique pour former une partie externe (30) en résine, ladite résine étant introduite dans les trous traversants (25) et couvrant les deux unités guides d'ondes (20 et 21). La connexion l'une à l'autre des deux unités guides d'ondes par l'utilisation de résine permet d'augmenter la maniabilité lors de l'assemblage, la force de serrage entre les deux unités et l'étanchéité à l'air desdits guides d'ondes.
