A low−temperature fired porcelain contains, as crystalline phases, the sanbornite phase, the celsian phase, and the &bgr;−cristobalite phase. The ratio of the peak intensity of the (101)−plane of the sanbonite phase to the peak intensity of the (101)−plane of the &agr;−cristobalite phase is below 5% when measured with a strong X−ray diffraction apparatus. The porcelain is a silica alumina barium−oxide low−temperature fired porcelain in which the cristobalite phase is precipitated , and the porcelain hardly cracks inside.

L'invention concerne une porcelaine cuite à basse température contenant, en tant que phases cristallines, la phase sanbornite, la phase celsian, et la phase $g(b)-cristobalite. Le rapport entre l'intensité de crête du plan (101) de la phase sanbonite et l'intensité de crête du plan (101) de la phase $g(a)-cristobalite, se situe, en dessous de 5 % lorsqu'il est mesuré à l'aide d'un appareil de diffraction à rayons X renforcés. Cette porcelaine est une porcelaine cuite à basse température d'oxyde de baryum aluminosilicique, dans laquelle la phase cristobalite est précipitée, et ladite porcelaine ne présentant presqu'aucune fissure à l'intérieur.
