A plunge cutting device for plastic pipe (P), pipe couplings, plastic flanges (F), and other planar members includes a cylindrical body (10) including slots (17) formed therein, a pilot (20) for guiding the cylindrical body (10), and cutters (30) adjustably mounted in the slots (17), a canted relief (14a) can be formed in the cylindrical body (10) adjoining the leading wall (17a) of each slot (17) to facilitate ejection of out shavings. The pilot (20) may comprise a main pilot (40) and an auxiliary pilot (50) detachably connected to the main pilot (40). The auxiliary pilot (50) can be replaced with one of a different diameter in accordance with the dimensions of a pipe (P) being processed with the device.

Un dispositif de rectification en plongée, destiné aux tuyaux (P), raccords de tuyaux et collerettes en matière plastique (F) ainsi qu'à d'autres segments plans, comporte un corps cylindrique (10) doté de fentes (17), un élément pilote (20) chargé de guider ce corps cylindrique (10), et des lames (30) montées de manière réglable dans les fentes (17). On peut former des évidements (14a) dans le corps cylindrique (10), adjacents à la paroi d'attaque (17a) de chaque fente (17), pour faciliter l'éjection des ébarbures. L'élément pilote (20) peut comporter une partie principale (40) et une partie auxiliaire (50) reliées mais séparables. Cette partie auxiliaire (50) est remplaçable par une autre partie de diamètre différent, selon les dimensions des tuyaux (P) traités avec ce dispositif.
