본 발명은 효소-담체 복합체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 담체 표면에서의 효소의 흡착 및 안정화에 관한 것이며, 소수성 상호작용(hydrophobic interaction)에 의해 고정된 효소가 장시간 효소활성이 발현되도록 효소 안정성을 확보한 효소-담체 복합체에 관한 것이다.
