The present invention relates to a rotation fixing apparatus and a two degree of freedom rotation arm comprising the same. An object of one embodiment is to provide the rotation fixing apparatus and the two degree of freedom rotation arm comprising the same. According to one embodiment, the two degree of freedom rotation arm may include: a base unit; a first rotation link rotationally connected to the base unit with respect to a first rotation axis; a second rotation link rotationally connected to the first rotation link with respect to a second rotation axis; a first rotation fixation unit configured to fix rotation between the base unit and the first rotation link by operating to provide a frictional force between the base unit and the first rotation link; and a second rotation fixation unit configured to fix rotation between the first rotation link and the second rotation link by operating to provide a friction force between the first rotation link and the second rotation link as the first rotation fixation unit operates.
