본 발명은 C 0.04 - 1.0; Mn 9.0 - 30.0; Al 0.05 - 15.0; Si 0.05 - 6.0; Cr ≤ 6.5; Cu ≤ 4; Ti + Zr ≤ 0.7; Nb + V ≤ 0.5 및 강에 수반되는 불가피적인 원소를 포함하는 나머지 철을 함유하는 기재 조성(중량%)을 갖는 강 스트립을 피복하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 강 스트립은 풀림을 받고 이어서 아연 또는 아연 합금으로 형성된 코팅으로 전해적으로 피복된다. 본 방법에서, N-H함유 분위기 하에서 800 ∼ 1000 ℃의 온도에서 강 스트립을 풀림하는 과정 중에, 강에 존재하는 원소와의 반응에 의해 질화물 부화 영역이 표면에 형성되어 피복 강 스트립의 용접 중에 용융 아연이 기재 안으로 침투하는 것을 방지하게 된다. 2 2
