蛍光材料およびその製造方法が提供される。前記蛍光材料は、化学式Y:Re,M,Zn1−xAlOで表され、この際、ReはEuおよびTbから選択される一種または二種であり、Mは銀、金、白金およびパラジウムから選択される一種または数種のナノ粒子であり、xは0<x≦0.05である。前記製造方法は、下記のステップを含む:ステップ一、Zn1−xAlOコロイドを製造する;ステップ二、金属元素Mを含むY,Reコロイドを製造する;ステップ三、Zn1−xAlOコロイドとY,Reコロイドとを混合させ、エイジングさせ、熱処理を行い、前記蛍光材料を得る。本発明の蛍光材料と従来の蛍光材料Yとを比較すると、より高い発光効率および導電性を持ち、かつ使用寿命が長く実用性を有する。
