PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for non-evasively evaluating an endothelial function.

SOLUTION: The method for non-evasively determining an endothelial function includes: a step of reducing transmural pressure in a limb; a step of recording the amplitude of plethysmographic signals at different pressures; a step of determining the pressure of a maximum plethysmographic signal amplitude; a step of reducing the pressure to a value corresponding to the specified percentage of the maximum amplitude; and a step of carrying out an occlusion sample in the course of which pressure higher by at least 50 mmHg than the systolic pressure of a tested patient is produced in a cuff arranged proximally to the located limb area. The occlusion is carried out during at least 5 minutes.

【課題】内皮機能の非侵襲的評価のための方法および装置の提供。
【解決手段】内皮機能を非侵襲的に決定するための方法は、肢における経壁圧を低下させる工程、異なる圧力におけるプレチスモグラフィシグナルの大きさを記録する工程、プレチスモグラフィシグナルの最大振幅の圧力を決定する工程、最大振幅の指定された%に対応する値まで上記圧力を低下させる工程、検査される患者の収縮期圧よりも少なくとも50mmHg高い圧力が決められた肢領域のごく近位に配置されたカフにおいて生成される過程で閉塞サンプルを実施する工程から構成され、上記閉塞は、少なくとも5分間の間に実施される。
