PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor with its manufacturing process simplified, a blurring detector using this, and a manufacturing method for the angular velocity sensor.

SOLUTION: This angular velocity sensor is equipped with a substrate 1, first and second vibration elements 4 and 5 fitted on the substrate 1, an IC 3 mounted on the substrate 1 and electrically connected to the first and second vibration elements 4 and 5, and a case 7 fitted on the substrate 1 for covering the vibration elements 4 and 5. Only the case 7 and a part of the substrate 1 are together fixed with an adhesive so that a gap is formed between the case 7 and the substrate 1.

【課題】本発明は製造工程が簡単になる角速度センサおよびこれを用いた手ブレ検知装置ならびに角速度センサの製造方法を提供することを目的とするものである。
【解決手段】基板１と、この基板１に取り付けられた第１、第２の振動素子４，５と、前記基板１に実装され、かつ前記第１、第２の振動素子４，５に電気的に接続されたＩＣ３と、前記基板１に取り付けられ、かつ前記第１、第２の振動素子４，５を覆うケース７とを備え、前記ケース７と前記基板１との間に隙間が形成されるように前記ケース７と前記基板１の一部のみを接着剤で固定したものである。
