PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance and inspection of the inside of an ice making section and prevent ice blocks from remaining on an ice chute by mounting a separator detachably provided at the opening of the case of ice making section.

SOLUTION: Ice blocks are made by injecting ice making water against ice making cells 52 in an ice making chamber 50 provided at the upper part of the inside of the case B of the ice making section, while manufactured ice blocks C are dropped on the slanted ice chute 60 at the middle of the case to slip forward them whereby the ice blocks are sent out by pushing and opening the separator 25 provided at the opening Ba. The separator is divided into a plurality of pieces while engaging parts 25b having a C-shape sectional configuration are formed integrally on respective upper rims, and the engaging parts are engaged pivotally with a round bar type pivotal rod 18 provided horizontally on the lower rim of fore wall 17 provided in the upper part of fore side of the case for ice making section whereby the separators are hung and supported swingably. Respective engaging parts are hung and supported so that the opened parts 25c of the C-shape sectional configuration are faced toward the outside of the case for the ice making section.

【課題】 製氷部ケースの開口に設けるセパレータを着
脱自在として内部の保守点検を容易にし、またアイスシ
ュート上に氷塊が残留しないようにする。


【解決手段】 製氷部ケースB内上部に設けた製氷室5
0の製氷セル52に下方から製氷水を噴射して製氷し、
製造された氷塊Cは製氷部ケース中間部の傾斜したアイ
スシュート60上に落下して前方に滑り、開口Baに設
けたセパレータ25を押し開いて送り出される。
セパレ
ータを複数に分割するとともにそれぞれの上縁にはC形
断面形状の係合部25bを一体的に形成し、製氷部ケー
スの前側上部に設けた前壁17の下縁に横方向に設けた
丸棒状の枢支ロッド18に係合部を回動自在に係合する
ことにより、セパレータは揺動自在に吊下げ支持され
る。
各係合部はC形断面形状の開放部25cが製氷部ケ
ースの外側に向くように吊下げ支持される。
