PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflecting film possessing a fine particles layer that is formed without coagulating fine particles in irregular lumps on a transparent base material and suppressing a particle's non-existing area to a size that does not damage the visibility.

SOLUTION: The purpose is to provide the antireflecting film which has a transparent base material 4 and fine particles layers 3 that are arranged on the surfaced of the transparent base material 4 and at least possesses mono- layered fine particles, in which the transparent base material 4 and the fine particles are adhered to at least by an electrostatic mutual effect, and moreover possesses a characteristic that a refractive index of the bulk of the particles layers 3 is lower than that of the transparent base material 4.
