(EN) The present invention is a method for manufacturing rare earth carbonate fine particles, said method for manufacturing rare earth carbonate fine particles by producing a reaction solution in which a methylmorpholine oxide compound or an alkyl dimethyl amine oxide compound having a structure represented by formula (1) is added to an aqueous solution including a rare earth ion and an excess quantity of urea with respect to the rare earth ion so that the added quantity thereof is 10-200 mol% with respect to the rare earth ion, and performing hydrothermal treatment of the reaction solution. A method for manufacturing rare earth carbonate fine particles which are of submicron size or smaller and which have excellent dispersibility is thereby provided (In the formula, R represents a C1-14 alkyl group.).
(ZH) 本发明为一种稀土类碳酸盐微粒的制造方法,其特征在于,通过制作在包含稀土类离子与相对于所述稀土类离子过量的尿素的水溶液中,以添加量相对于所述稀土类离子为10~200mol%的方式添加有具有下述式(1)所表示的结构的烷基二甲基氧化胺化合物或甲基吗啉氧化物化合物的反应溶液,并对所述反应溶液进行水热处理,从而制造稀土类碳酸盐微粒。由此,提供一种亚微米以下且分散性优异的稀土类碳酸盐微粒的制造方法。[化学式1]其中,R表示C1~C14的烷基。
