The invention discloses a dimming glass driving circuit and driving method thereof, and a dimming glass device. The dimming glass driving circuit comprises: a controller, wherein the input end of thecontroller receives a control instruction, and the controller is configured to output a voltage control signal at the output end of the controller according to the control instruction; and a voltage regulation circuit, wherein the control input end of the voltage regulation circuit is connected with the output end of the controller, the power supply input end of the voltage regulation circuit is connected with a first power supply, the voltage output end of the voltage regulation circuit is connected with the voltage input end of dimming glass, the voltage regulation circuit is configured to generate an output voltage signal at the voltage output end according to the voltage control signal, and the output voltage signal adjusts the light transmittance of the dimming glass by controlling the deflection degree of liquid crystal molecules in the dimming glass. The driving circuit can adjust the light transmittance of the dimming glass and realize the adjustment of the brightness of the dimming glass.
