The present invention discloses a camera module. The camera module comprises: a first shell and a second shell which are located at the two ends of the camera module and accommodate components of thecamera module; a third shell which is positioned between the first shell and the second shell and is fixedly connected with the first shell and the second shell; a first circuit board which is positioned between the first shell and the third shell; and a first heat conduction component, wherein the first side of the first heat conduction component is in contact with the first circuit board, and the second side, opposite to the first side, of the first heat conduction component is in contact with the third shell. According to the invention, heat generated by the electronic component is rapidlytransferred to the middle shell through the heat conduction component, the middle shell with high thermal conductivity is utilized to radiate to the surrounding air, the temperature inside the camerais remarkably reduced, the heat radiation effect of the camera in the use process is improved, and meanwhile, the camera module is simple in structure and does not influence the assembly efficiency ofthe camera module.
