The invention discloses a welding track tracking system, method and device. The welding track tracking system comprises a processor (10), a coherent light scanner (20), a photosensitive element (30) and a laser welding device (40). The coherent light scanner (20) is used for emitting a scanning light beam and a reference light beam which interefer each other and carrying out the coherent light scanning on a welding area, wherein the coherent light scanning comprises at least one scanning line; the photosensitive element (30) is used for receiving an interference signal of the reflected light of the scanning light beam and the reference light beam and sending the interference signal to the processor (10); the processor (10) is used for determining the height information of the scanning lines according to the interference signals, determining a welding track according to the height information of the at least one scanning line and generating a welding control signal according to the welding track; and the laser welding device (40) is used for positioning a welding track according to the welding control signal.
