The invention discloses an unlicensed frequency band information transmission method, a terminal and network equipment, and the method comprises the steps: monitoring a first transmission channel, andenabling the first transmission channel to employ a first fixed frame length; and under the condition of monitoring that the channel is idle, sending uplink information on the first transmission channel. In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal monitors the first transmission channel adopting the first fixed frame length, and can send the information on the first transmission channel onlywhen monitoring that the channel is idle, so that the FBE equipment can transmit the information on the unlicensed frequency band.

本发明公开了一种非授权频段的信息传输方法、终端及网络设备,该方法包括:对第一传输信道进行侦听,第一传输信道采用第一固定帧长;在侦听到信道空闲的情况下,在第一传输信道上,发送上行信息。本发明实施例中,终端对采用第一固定帧长的第一传输信道进行侦听,在侦听到信道空闲时才可在第一传输信道上发送信息,使得FBE设备可在非授权频段上进行信息传输。
