(EN) The invention discloses a peep-proof device and a display device. The peep-proof device comprises an electroluminescence layer, a color resistance structure and a package layer, wherein the electroluminescence layer and the color resistance structure are arranged oppositely, and the package layer is arranged between the electroluminescence layer and the color resistance structure. The color resistance structure comprises a black matrix layer and a color filter, and is used for absorbing light from an invisible region of the electroluminescence layer to reduce a visible region of the electroluminescence layer. The color resistance structure absorbs the light from the invisible region of the electroluminescence layer to reduce the visible region of the electroluminescence layer, thereby realizing a peep-proof function; under the condition that the color resistance structure has the advantages of small thickness and high penetration rate and the like, the peep-proof device can be appliedto thin products to realize a peep-proof function of the thin products; and by applying the peep-proof device to the thin product, the thickness of the thin product can be controlled to be smaller favorably, and low power consumption of the thin product can also be ensured.
