The hardware heat treatment equipment with the high heat efficiency includes a heating box, and the heating box ischaracterized in that a heating layer is installed outside the heating box, a hardware placement box is installed at the bottom of the heating box, a top cover of the heating box is installed at the top of the heating box, a multi-stage lifting hydraulic cylinder is installed in the heating box, placement box fixed pieces which can be fixed to the hardware placement box are installed at the lowerend of the multi-stage lifting hydraulic cylinder; heat radiation layers are correspondingly arranged on the inner wall around the heating box and on the inner side of the top wall of the heating box;and the heat radiation layers are honeycombed. By additionally arranging the heat radiation layers, the heat radiation layers are designed as surface concave-convex structures, and a radiation area is increased; and a material of the heat radiation layer is further optimized and is designed as a graphene composited heat radiation ceramic material so that the comprehensive radiation performance ofthe heat radiation layers can be excellent, and the problem of low heat treatment efficiency caused by the uneven heating of existing hardware heat treatment equipment is solved well.

本发明公开了一种热效率高的五金件热处理设备,包括加热箱,其特征在于,加热箱外部安装有加热层,加热箱底部安装有五金件放置箱,加热箱顶部安装有加热箱顶盖,加热箱内部安装有多级升降液压缸,多级升降液压缸下端安装有可固定在五金件放置箱上的放置箱固定件,所述加热箱四周内壁及顶壁内侧均设置有热辐射层,所述热辐射层呈蜂窝状。通过增设热辐射层,将该热辐射层设计为表面凹凸状结构,增加辐射面积,并对热辐射层的材料进一步优化,设计成石墨烯复合的热辐射陶瓷材料,使得热辐射层辐射综合性能优异,很好的解决了现有五金件热处理设备因加热不均匀而导致的热处理效率不高的问题。
