The invention discloses a linear motor, which comprises a mover and a stator matched with each other. The mover comprises a plurality of mover cores arranged at intervals along the moving direction thereof, and the stator comprises a plurality of permanent magnets arranged at intervals along the moving direction. Each mover core comprises a core yoke part and a core tooth part connected with eachother. Each iron tooth part has an opening. Each permanent magnet is at least partially located in the corresponding opening. According to the invention, an opening is formed in each mover core, and the permanent magnets are at least partially located in the openings, so that the permanent magnets are located between the tooth parts on the two sides of the openings, the magnetic attraction generated by the permanent magnets and the magnetic attraction generated by the tooth parts on the two sides can weaken or even cancel each other, and the stability of the motor is improved. Moreover, because the permanent magnets are located between the tooth parts on the two sides of the openings, the total magnetic flux can remain unchanged even if the permanent magnets are eccentrically assembled relative to the iron tooth parts, and the problem of motor performance degradation caused by poor production and assembly can be eliminated.

本发明公开了一种直线电机,包括相配合的动子和定子,动子包括多个沿其运动方向间隔布设的动子铁芯,定子包括多个沿所述运动方向间隔布设的永磁体;动子铁芯包括相连接的铁芯轭部和铁芯齿部,铁芯齿部设有开口,每个永磁体至少部分位于开口内。本发明在动子铁芯上形成一开口,并将至少部分永磁体置于开口内,使得永磁体位于开口两侧的齿部之间,使得永磁体与两侧的齿部产生的磁吸引力可以相互削弱甚至抵消,提高了电机稳定性;另外,由于永磁体置于开口两侧的齿部之间,即使在永磁体与铁芯齿部偏心装配也能够保证总磁通量不变,可以有效杜绝生产装配不良而导致的电机性能下降的问题。
