The invention provides a pixel driving method. In the pixel driving method, through acquiring the brightness compensation value of a sub-pixel at a jth row and an ith column, whether the brightness compensation value is greater than a preset threshold is determined. When the brightness compensation value is less than or equal to the preset threshold, a current display frame can be known not to bea heavy load frame so that the brightness value does not need to be compensated and the brightness value at the jth row and the ith column can be directly output. When a brightness compensation valueis greater than the preset threshold, the current display frame can be known to be the heavy load frame, the brightness value after sub-pixel compensation at the jth row and the ith column is output according to the target brightness value of the sub-pixel at the jth row and the ith column and the brightness compensation value, and the heavy load frame is converted into a light load frame. A problem that the temperature of a source driver is too high under the heavy load frame is solved.

本发明提供一种像素驱动方法。该像素驱动方法通过获得第j行第i列子像素的亮度补偿值,判断该亮度补偿值是否大于是否大于一预设的阈值;当亮度补偿值小于或等于预设的阈值,则可以得知目前的显示画面不为重载画面,因此不需要对亮度值进行补偿而可以直接输出第j行第i列子像素的亮度值,当亮度补偿值大于预设的阈值,则可以得知目前的显示画面为重载画面,根据第j行第i列子像素的目标亮度值及亮度补偿值输出第j行第i列子像素补偿后的亮度值,以将重载画面转换为轻载画面,解决了重载画面下源极驱动器温度过高的问题。
