The invention provides a flexible hinge structure. The flexible hinge structure is characterized by comprising a rigid driving end (3), a mounting fixing end (1), a displacement output end (2) and guide fixing ends (4); the mounting fixing end (1) is connected with one end in the length direction of the upper surface of the rigid driving end (3) through a first flexible part (11); a first fixing structure (100) is arranged on the surface of the mounting fixing end (1); the displacement output end (2) is connected with the other end in the length direction of the upper surface of the rigid driving end (3) through a second flexible part (21); the guide fixing ends (4) are symmetrically arranged on the two side surfaces of the displacement output end (2) through a third flexible part (41); the two side surfaces are parallel to the length direction of the upper surface of the rigid driving end (3); and second fixing structures (400) are arranged on the surfaces of the guide fixing ends (4). Through the flexible parts, a driving block and a displacement block are connected at 90 degrees, so that the displacement in the output direction and the displacement in the drive direction are output at 90 degrees.
