The invention discloses an ultra-low emission facility for coal-fired boiler smoke for high-efficiency waste heat recovery, wherein a lower smoke outlet connected to a coal-fired boiler adopting a wet desulfurization treatment process is acenter, a curved flue gas condensation cover is arranged above to spread steam-containing mixed smoke in a water-cooled spiral waste heat recovery pipe array under the condensation cover and realizereverse step-type full heat recovery of heat energy, high temperature hot water is processed, the smoke is cooled in a specific channel through a multi-layer condensation cover, water mist is condensed into condensed water and flows along an edge of the condensation cover, solid matters in the smoke are collected together with the condensed water and processed centrally, and residual smoke passesthrough an electronic negative oxygen ion dust-reducing device arranged on a top layer of the flue gas condensation cover to achieve ultra-low emissions of the coal-fired boiler smoke.

本发明公开一种高效余热回收的燃煤锅炉烟尘超低排放设施,目前的热电等燃煤工业锅炉多数采用湿法烟气脱硫工艺,大型燃煤企业锅炉的含蒸汽烟尘排放依然是大气污染的主要根源。本发明一种高效余热回收的燃煤锅炉烟尘超低排放设施,以湿法脱硫处理工艺燃煤锅炉连接的较低排烟口为中心,上方搭建一弧形烟气冷凝罩,使含蒸汽混合烟尘经布控在冷凝罩下的水冷式螺旋余热回收管阵,逆向阶梯式全热回收热能,加工高温热水,烟尘经多层冷凝罩在特定的通道内冷却降温,水雾凝结成冷凝水沿冷凝罩边缘流下,烟尘中固体物随冷凝水回流收集后集中统一处理,残余烟尘再经过安放在烟气冷凝罩顶层的电子负氧离子降尘装置,使燃煤锅炉烟尘实现超低排放。
