(EN) The invention discloses a piezoelectric ultrasonic micro-injection device based on a flexible hinge mechanism. The device comprises a fixedly assembled sealing cover, the flexible hinge mechanism, a base, a rotating cover and an end cover, wherein a pump connecting opening is formed in the base; a micro pin is fixedly arranged in the base, the rotating cover and the end cover and outwards extends,and is communicated with the pump connecting opening; the flexible hinge mechanism comprises a casing, a piezoelectric ceramic encapsulation module, a pivot shaft and a vibration output shaft; the piezoelectric ceramic encapsulation module is encapsulated in the casing; the pivot shaft is fixedly installed with the piezoelectric ceramic encapsulation module and the base; the vibration output shaft extends to the inside of the pivot shaft from the piezoelectric ceramic encapsulation module; a plurality of flexible hinge beams are arranged between the pivot shaft and the casing. The micro pin point harmful radial vibration of the micro pin in the micro-injection operation process can be obviously inhibited; the cell injury is reduced; the sealing performance of the device is greatly improved.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种基于柔性铰链机构的压电超声显微注射装置,所述装置包括:固定装配的封盖、柔性铰链机构、基座、旋盖及端盖,所述基座上设有泵接口;固定安装于基座、旋盖及端盖内且向外延伸的微针,所述微针与泵接口相连通;所述柔性铰链机构包括壳体、封装于壳体内的压电陶瓷封装模块、与压电陶瓷封装模块及基座固定安装的中枢轴、自压电陶瓷封装模块延伸至中枢轴内的振动输出轴,所述中枢轴与壳体之间设有若干柔性铰链梁。本发明可有效的抑制显微注射操作过程中的微针针尖有害径向振动,减小细胞损伤,大幅提高了装置的密封性。
