A water sealing piston (4) and an eccentric shaft (41) are arranged in a water inlet cavity (10) internally formed by a water inlet pipe (1) and a top cover (2) and positioned below a water stop pad (13), and the water sealing piston is driven by the eccentric shaft to open and close a water inlet (15); a water storage cylinder (5) is fixed outside the water inlet pipe, the top of an upper water storage cavity (51) is open, a lower water cavity (52) on the lower part is provided with an upper air vent (53) and a lower water inlet, a siphon (54) and a floater (55) are arranged in the water storage cavity, the siphon is communicated with the lower water cavity, and a first magnetic element (56) is arranged on the top of the floater; a small buoy (6) is arranged outside the water storage cylinder, and the small buoy is provided with an opening and closing plate (61) capable of opening and closing the upper air vent as the small buoy is lifted and dropped; a gutter (7) opposite to the water storage cavity is formed on the periphery of the top cover; and a connecting rod (8), a lever (9) and a bolt (91) are further arranged outside the water inlet pipe and the top cover. The connecting rod is connected with the lever and the eccentric shaft, an energy storage spring (80) is arranged on the connecting rod or the lever, the bolt is inserted into the other end of the lever, and a second magnetic element (92) and a restoring spring (93) are arranged on the bolt. Through the water inlet valve, water inflow can be stopped in time under the condition that water tank accessories and a water tank fail, so that waste of water resources is reduced.
