(EN) It is described a method of application of a catalytic or conductive coating to the electrodic meshes of new elementary structures for electrolysers or of application of a new catalytic or conductive coating to the electrodic meshes of used elementary structures disassembled from electrolysers, wherein said new or used elementary structures are subjected to a treatment in molten salts, followed by water rinsing, prior to the application in multiple cycles of the coating. The method is particularly indicated for use in hydrochloric acid electrolysers. The elementary structures prepared according to the invention are assembled on the electrolysers with no additional mechanical correction being required.
