(EN) A lever (102, 102’, 102”) is adapted to rotate about a first pivot (104) at a first location (106) responsive to a tension load (T) from a webbing (12) applied to an attachment (108, 108’) pivoted (130) or arcuately slotted (132’) about a second location (110). Tension load (T) is reacted by a spring (122, 122’, 168, 174) against a reaction element (134, 134’, 134”), and is sensed by either a displacement sensor (120, 120’, 120”, 120’’’) or a force sensor (114). The sensed load range can be limited by a stop (118, 118’, 186.1, 186.2) that engages the lever (102). An anchor bolt (126) can be utilized as a stop (118’) in cooperation with a slot (204) in the lever (102), wherein the lever (102) is adapted to rotate about a stud (200) depending from the reaction element (134’’’). A tang (160) portion of the lever (102’, 102”) engages a slot (162) of a slide (164), and the displacement of the slide (164) caused by a rotation of the tang (160) reacted by springs (168, 174) at the ends of the slide (164) is measured by a magnetic field sensor (188, 214) on the reaction element (134’, 134”) in cooperation with a pair of magnets (190.1, 190.2, 216.1, 216.2) on the slide (164).
