Particularly a temporary fixture (610) may be applied to the mesh material to attach an accessory (604) to the mesh. One embodiment may take the form of applying an adhesive to the end of a mesh product. Once solidified, the adhesive and mesh composite may be machined into a shape suitable to engagement with an accessory. The adhesive may then be removed in the process of soldering the accessory to the end of the mesh product.

Therefore, it is possible to verify special situations, such as when new product determination information can be obtained from the first protrusion 521, regardless of whether new product determination information has already been stored in the cartridge IC 62. As a consequence, it is possible to appropriately manage the service life of the developer cartridge 1.

An additional fluidized bed cooling zone (32) is provided to cool the tobacco prior to reordering. A continuous conveyer (14) extends through the heating zones and cooling zones. A steam tunnel (40) is utilized to raise the moisture content of the dried tobacco to preselected moisture levels. A vibrating conveyer (60) moves the tobacco through the steam tunnel.
