Resumen
(EN) The present invention relates in general to the field of colorectal cancer detection, and more particularly, to plasma microRNAs for the detection of early colorectal cancer. Specifically, the present invention includes methods, kits and biomarkers for diagnosing or detecting colorectal neoplasia in a human subject comprising the steps of: A method for diagnosing or detecting colorectal neoplasia in a human subject comprising the steps of: obtaining one or more biological samples from the subject suspected of suffering from colorectal neoplasia; measuring an overall expression pattern or level of one or more microRNAs obtained from the one or more biological samples of the subject; and comparing the overall expression pattern of the one or more microRNAs from the biological sample of the subject suspected of suffering from colorectal neoplasia with the overall expression pattern of the one or more microRNAs from a biological sample of a normal subject, wherein the normal subject is a healthy subject not suffering from colorectal neoplasia, wherein overexpression of a combination of miR19a and miR19b, or miR19a and miR19b and miR15b is indicative of colorectal cancer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne en général le domaine de la détection du cancer colorectal, et plus particulièrement des microARN du plasma pour la détection du cancer colorectal précoce. Spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne des procédés, des trousses et des biomarqueurs pour le diagnostic ou la détection d'une néoplasie colorectale chez un sujet humain, comprenant les étapes de : une méthode de diagnostic ou de détection d'une néoplasie colorectale chez un sujet humain comprenant les étapes de : obtention d'un ou plusieurs échantillons biologiques à partir du sujet suspecté de souffrir d'une néoplasie colorectale; mesure d'un motif ou niveau d'expression globale d'un ou plusieurs microARN obtenus à partir du ou des échantillons biologique du sujet; et comparaison du motif d'expression globale du ou des microARN à partir de l'échantillon biologique du sujet suspecté de souffrir d'une néoplasie colorectale avec le motif d'expression globale du ou des microARN provenant d'un échantillon biologique d'un sujet normal, le sujet normal étant un sujet sain ne souffrant pas d'une néoplasie colorectale, où la surexpression dans une combinaison de miR19a et miR19b, ou miR19a et miR19b et miR15b étant indicateurs d'un cancer colorectal.
