Resumen
(EN) The present invention relates to an injectable composition which comprises polymeric, water-insoluble, non-biodegradable, anionic particles, these particles having an irregular shape and a biocompatible carrier with a lubricated surface, a method for preparing the same, a method for treating a tissue in a patient which comprises injecting into the tissue site the injectable composition as a permanent implant and the use of the injectable composition as a medicament particularly for bulking a tissue site.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition injectable qui contient des particules anioniques, polymères, non biodégradables, insolubles dans l'eau, ces particules présentant une forme irrégulière et un support biocompatible doté d'une surface lubrifiée, un procédé de préparation correspondant, une méthode de traitement d'un tissu chez un patient qui consiste à injecter dans le site tissulaire, la composition injectable sous forme d'implant permanent et l'utilisation de la composition injectable en tant que médicament, servant plus particulièrement à donner du volume ou à gonfler un site tissulaire.
